DERBY: this emergent, 21 Partner city-centre practice commands an excellent reputation and works for a a broad client base, including local businesses as well as household names. Your remit will include legal advice on matters including portfolio management, acquisitions, divestments and landlord and tenant. The work will be as diverse as leases for single retail premises to acquisitions of brownfield land for substantial value. You will also play your part in attracting and retaining new clients, an area in which the firm has done incredibly well over the past 12 months.
