Nottingham practice requires a 1 to 3 year PQE property litigation solicitor to join a nationwide property team employing 6 specialists. The team understands property management issues and disputes from a clients` position, whether they are a landlord, tenant, developer or someone with an interest over other`s land and are either from public and private sector organisations from high street retailers and Health Trusts to local authorities.
The team are recognised experts in their field where disputes resolved quickly and effectively through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution or court proceedings, whilst protecting the ongoing landlord and tenant relationship and offer a full service solution.
The successful applicant will advise and assist clients in connection with the legal aspects of property litigation matters. Assisting with cases of dispute resolution by negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
A background in contentious property litigation advice including freehold & leasehold matters is essential. Strong academic qualifications required with a minimum 2:1 degree.
