PROPERTY LAWYER RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL - CORNWALL
Expanding, well established Practice in North Cornwall are looking for a Property Lawyer with both Residential and Commercial experience to join their team.
The candidate
Must have a solid academic record, and be able to work unsupervised on a full range of residential and commercial property matters and possess a high degree of customer service, be able to build positive relationships with clients, agents and other solicitors and have a high degree of accuracy.
Residential work includes:
Sale & Purchase of Property
Mortgaging & Re-mortgaging
Tenancies & Renting
Home Information Packs (HIPS)
Commercial work includes:
Business sales & purchases
Commercial property & mortgages
Evictions & Accelerated Possession Procedure
Farms & Agricultural Land
Lease & Tenancy Agreements
Licensed Premises i.e. Restaurants, Hotels, Pubs etc
Planning Applications & Appeals (including change of use)
The office is ideally situated overlooking the river in the centre of a seaside town, and just a few minutes walk from one of Cornwall's many beaches. The area has a friendly community into which the firm and our team of lawyers and support staff are well integrated.
