Top 30 City outfit seek a Real Estate Litigator with a minimum of one years' pqe to join their reputable team.
The team advises on all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant that arise from large-scale portfolio management and also on property disputes such as option disputes, enforcement of development agreements, easements, general conveyancing/title problems and planning litigation.
You will come from a recognised City or large national Real Estate team and have the opportunity to undertake top quality work for a stellar client base which includes Bovis Homes, Eurostar and Marks & Spencer. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record and grounding in Real Estate disputes and a strong commercial focus. Effectiveness within a team environment and a keen interest in playing an active role in developing client relationships are essential.
You will work among a team of 9 lawyers split between two offices and split into 50% commercial landlord and tenant and 50% real estate development and planning related disputes.
