PLANNING - SOLICITOR / LAWYER
LONDON - CITY
An excellent new opportunity for a junior planning lawyer at this well respected City planning Group.
The Team
· As one of the largest & experienced planning law teams in the UK, the Team knows how to unlock the opportunities & constraints created by planning law & policy in order to deliver successful real estate projects & plans.
· The planning Team anticipates & pre-empts planning problems, advising on the most pragmatic & commercial approach to securing the best results for clients.
· The Team enjoys strength in depth, both technically & geographically, with highly rated lawyers in most of the major cities in the UK.
· The client base is also wide, acting for both the public & private sector, on all types of development & strategy.
You
· The Team is seeking to recruit an additional planning lawyer with 1PQE+ experience to enhance the team & play a significant role in the future success and development of the business.
· You will have a solid planning background, gained either from a recognised planning team within private practice (city or leading regional firm) or with strong local government experience.
· This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to realise their potential in a firm renowned for investment in its people & its infrastructure.
· You will be commercially aware and have strong business development skills.
