An exciting opportunity for a NQ Planning Lawyer to join this strong collegiate, but entrepreneurial firm.
Their team advises a range of private and public sector clients on a variety of planning issues. In particular, advising developers on the planning and compulsory purchase aspects of mixed use schemes and large projects in London and elsewhere. They also advise numerous regeneration and development companies on applications, appeals and public inquiries.
You will have experience of working in the planning field within a respected firm and planning practice·and be skilled in the preparation and negotiation of Section 106 and 278 Agreements and preferably have experience of undertaking environmental assessment work.
The team encourages their lawyers to maintain a broad workload and are therefore interested to meet with planning lawyers with a flexible, pro-active approach.
