CORPORATE REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR - CENTRAL LONDON

Leading UK firm are looking for Indirect Investment Associates with 2 - 4 years PQE to join their Corporate Real Estate team.

The firm is acknowledged as leading the corporate real estate arena. Its Corporate Real Estate Group has now rebranded as Indirect Investments to reflect the breadth of service offered ( for example it includes alternative investments such as hedge funds). The group consolidates experience of corporate, property, regulatory and finance. Its clients include fund managers, UK institutional and overseas investors and property companies, developers and banks. The Corporate Real Estate Group has experience in both innovative and established structures and transactions where the underlying asset class is real estate, including

Buying and selling high value real estate through SPV entities (corporate, partnerships and trusts)
M&A
Pan European investment structures
Offshore funds and advisory
Pooled investment vehicles
Complex development Joint ventures
Limited partnerships
Unit trusts
Tax driven structures
General Partnerships
Limited liability vehicles
Off balance sheet funding

The Person
Candidates should have a good quality corporate background and possess strong technical skills, commitment to business development/client relationship management and a personal desire to play a key role in the future growth of a dynamic and innovative practice. Experience in working in corporate real estate is desirable but not a requirement. The individual should have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to ongoing technical development.
