COMMERCIAL PROPERTY ASSISTANT SOLICITOR - LONDON CITY
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a progressive City of London practice operating very close to St. Paul's Cathedral. Their Property Department has an opportunity for an exceptional one to two year qualified, intelligent and personable Solicitor to assist the Partners in handling an interesting spread of commercial property work. The successful candidate will have gained experience in Commercial Property during training and also post qualification.
Experience of working on high value property transactions will be required as you will be assisting with a high quality caseload. You will be required to have had hands on experience in dealing with retail transactions. As part of a professional team, you will also support the firm's corporate and commercial department by providing property advice on various corporate and commercial transactions.
You will need to demonstrate that you have gained experience in the following areas:
ˇCommercial landlord and tenant
ˇRetail sector property lease/purchase
ˇLeasehold enfranchisement
In addition and as part of the Firm's Marketing and Business Development strategy you will be expected to contribute towards Firm and departmental marketing activities
