PROPERTY INSURANCE & CONSTRUCTION CLAIMS LAWYER

Legal Works is delighted to be recruiting for this well respected Commercial practice currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic insurance litigation lawyer with experience and exposure to Property Insurance & Construction to join a friendly and hugely successful team.
To be successful you will be circa NQ 1.5PQE where you will assist the lead Partner in the management of a large & often complex caseload of property related losses as well as handling a small caseload of your own.
The work will encompass all classes of non-personal injury claims and includes, in particular, material damage, business interruption, policy coverage and construction related risks.
You should ideally have some prior experience of material damage claims and litigation. However, equal consideration will be given to those without this experience but who are able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for and commitment to the role.
You will be a team player with excellent IT and analytical skills. An ability to work under pressure, keep to deadlines and prioritise your own caseload is essential, as well as excellent client care skills.
