Commercial Property Legal Executive

Location: London

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000

An ambitious Commercial Property Legal Executive is sought by this successful London law firm.
Candidate must have good commercial property experience with an emphasis on Landlord & Tenant and portfolio management work. You must have the confidence to make pragmatic and informed decisions and the ability to make a quick and positive impact on the practice and our clients. If you feel you have the right credentials to provide excellent client care, can hit the ground running on an interesting and existing caseload and are commercially aware, then this may be the role for you

You will be a Legal Executive (ILEX or FILEX). You will have from 2+ Years PQE and be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and expertise in dealing with complex commercial property caseloads.

You will have good solid academics and be able to work effectively as part of the commercial property team.
