Our client is a leading national law firm. They are looking to supplement their Real Estate team by recruiting an additional solicitor to focus on their Planning issues in their Cardiff office.

You will be involved in advising on town and country planning issues and also compulsory purchases.

Necessary experience required includes major infrastructure projects, planning and highway agreements, compulsory purchase, compensation, highway law advice, planning enforcement, listed buildings, urban regeneration projects and advocacy at public inquiries.

Ideally you will have three years' PQE at a strong, reputable practice.
