This large Cardiff firm requires a solicitor or suitably experienced legal executive, to join their commercial property team. Working for clients nationwide, instruction is taken from developers, investors, PLC's and individuals. Located towards the centre of the city, the firm's offices offer excellent access to transport links.
The professional support lawyers play a key role in ensuring the quality of the department's service. Duties involve updating precedent, researching complex points of law and undertaking business development activity. With the opportunity to conduct seminars and training sessions for both colleagues and clients, this role is truly diverse and varied.
Applicants should have a full knowledge of commercial property law gained through a strong fee earning background. Part-time hours may be available if required.
