A commercial property solicitor with experience in-house, at a top regional or London firm; is offered an outstanding opportunity to join the Legal 500 rated team in this top 200 firm's Cardiff offices. The team operates under the umbrella of the national team handling issues for clients nationwide. This large team is partner led and maintains close links with other commercial departments, offering a complete services to PLCs, Limited companies, local authorities, partnership and private individuals. Workload is therefore varied, with opportunities to expand knowledge and learn from highly ranked fee earners. Duties will including managing a commercial property caseload, assisting partners on particularly complex transactions and supervising less experienced members of staff (as required).
In this instance the firm are particularly interested in candidates who have experience of working with issues related to developers, planning or compulsory purchase. At this time the firm prefer to consider applicants with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
