Due to internal movements and the promotion of the group's last trainee legal secretary, our client are now looking to recruit another Trainee Legal Secretary for both the Real Estate I and V teams. The teams in total consist of 6 partners, 2 consultants, 6 associates, 5 senior solicitors, 6 solicitors, 2 conveyancing executives, 2 paralegals,13 legal secretaries and 1 legal document processor.
This role will be to provide secretarial and administrative support to the teams. The successful candidate will work closely with the group coordinator to broaden their skill-set to enable them to be promoted into a legal secretarial role within a 12/18 month timescale.
You should possess the following qualities:
• 6 months' previous legal experience as a secretary
• An RSA/OCR typing qualification
• 8 GCSE's, graded C or above, or equivalent
• Experience of audio typing
