A solicitor with working experience of Real Estate law is currently required for a Cambridge law firm. Negotiable Salary.

The Role: Our client is seeking a Solicitor with a good sense of humour and working knowledge of real Estate law. You will provide a wide range of general and specialised commercial property advice. Depending on your level of experience, the work will involve a mixture of sole conduct of matters and assisting a partner or associate on larger transactions. Duties to include: Dealing with development and regeneration projects, Assisting with property investment acquisitions and disposals, General development work (excluding construction) etc. Candidates must have a strong academic background, IT literacy and excellent research, drafting and organisational skills.
