We have an opportunity for a solicitor to join a Commercial Property department.
The role offers the opportunity to work with household name clients, to play an important role in the business development activities of the team and to support and help the development of junior solicitors in the team.
This position provides a great opportunity for the successful candidate to shine.
Deliver a great performance and, over time, this role could provide a significant launch pad for you to achieve a senior position in the team, and the firm.
It goes without saying that you will be taking the lead on client matters and delivering excellent technical advice in a business-like, commercial and practical way.
Our successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of commercial landlord and tenant work, high value sales and purchases, corporate support work and some development expertise. This is likely to have been gained through working in a specialist property team, perhaps from a medium sized regional law firm.
Your views on business development approaches for the team will be most welcome and we very much want you to take a pro-active approach to extending the team's excellent calibre client base.
