A Property Risk Paralegal is required for an exciting new opportunity with one of the country's leading law firms at their Bristol office. Salary negotiable.
A leading international law firm with an excellent reputation for delivering a bespoke legal service to a range of clients, my client is looking to take on a committed paralegal to join their well established Property Risk team.
A Chambers rated firm, my client offers an excellent working environment with great scope for career progression at all levels. The successful applicant will be required to provide a high quality service to clients of both litigated and non-litigated property cases.
You will maintain ongoing contact with clients, seeing cases throughout the entire litigation process, so the ability to work efficiently whilst meeting individual targets is a crucial part of the role. In addition to this you will handle a range of both Small and Fast track litigated cases under supervision whilst drafting and issuing court claim forms.
Experience of working as a paralegal or insurance claims handler within property recovery is desirable. You will have previous experience of using case management systems and be confident in your ability to use such systems immediately upon joining the firm.
Excellent commercial awareness and confidence in offering commercial advice to clients are essential to this role. Applications are welcome from commercially aware paralegals with an adaptable and proactive approach and that are committed to developing a career within the property law.
