Job Description

Legal Secretary – Property Litigation
Bristol


Our client is a hugely successful and award-winning firm, recognised as having one of the foremost real estate groups in the region.

The purpose of this role is to assist with secretarial and administrative tasks, providing assistance to others in the Team and Group when required.

Duties involve:

• Digital dictation (audio typing);
• Creating/amending documents;
• Answering telephone calls, dealing with clients, taking messages
• Filing and general admin duties such as faxing and photocopying;
• Assisting the Team/Group with overflow typing;
• Managing diary appointments and making arrangements for meetings.

Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, accuracy and good organisational skills and flexibility. Previous legal experience is essential and this should ideally be in litigation. A good knowledge of Word and Outlook is required and experience in Excel, PowerPoint and imanage would be beneficial.
