This firm's Bristol office Real Estate team includes 2 partners and 6 associate solicitors. While having its own client base it also works closely with its Real Estate team in London.
This role will involve supporting both partners, handling a range of work particularly development (mainly commercial) and investment but also with some sales / purchases and leasehold matters and a small amount of corporate support given to colleagues in London.
This role will require someone able to handle transactions of moderate complexity largely unsupervised using support from junior assistant solicitors and trainees where necessary. As a mid-level associate in this team you will also be already building your practice development skills, to the extent where you are likely to be growing solid relationships with clients and property agents and becoming involved in marketing initiatives in your own name.
