Job Description

Due to continued growth and success, this exciting law firm are now looking to recruit within their Real Estate Litigation team in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will carry out a full range of commercial real estate litigation work, with an emphasis towards commercial landlord and tenant issues. You will work alongside the existing team to develop and expand the real estate litigation offering, working closely with a varied and impressive client base including well known national retailers and other end users of commercial property and investment landlords.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience gained from working within a regional or national firm in the core areas of landlord and tenant issues including: business lease renewals; break notices; claims relating to landlord's consent; dilapidation claims; forfeiture; possession claims; service charge issues; tenant default and tenant insolvency.
