Property Litigation Solicitor
Our client is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join the team based in Birmingham. This role would suit a Property Litigation Solicitor who is looking to develop their career at one of the leading Property Litigation teams in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have gained a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience. You will have a strong academic profile and will, preferably, have gained your Property Litigation experience with another leading commercial law firm. Applications are welcome from Property Litigation Solicitors from smaller commercial law firms who are looking to join a larger commercial practice.
The team act for a range of clients in both the public and private sector on all property related disputes and portfolio management issues. A full understanding of the litigation process and the CPR in required as is the ability to manage client's expectations whilst understanding the commercial considerations of the client.
