A highly skilled Solicitor (6-7 yrs PQE or equivalent) with a strong background in Commercial Property law is currently required for a top law firm in Birmingham. Salary up to £60k.
The Client: Our client is a leading UK law firm that employs over 65 partners and operates from offices situated within 3 large cities. The success of this firm is ongoing and they are now noted as one of the top Legal 500 firms in Birmingham.
The Role: Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firm at Associate level. It is expected that someone at this level will already have good strong contacts, if not a following as such. Successful candidates will be working with various clients, including: Property developers and investors, house builders, housing associations, social landlords, local authorities and NHS organisations. Ideal candidates will have the potential to lead the Property team and be ambitious for the team, naturally leading to partnership. Candidates relocating to the Midlands will be considered for this role.
