A friendly Commercial Property team is currently seeking an additional Solicitor to help ease an increasing workload. Salary up to £40k.
The Client: Our client is a leading Legal 500 firm with many years of experience at providing an excellent service. With offices spread across the Country this firm's reputation is ever-growing, this successful firm is well known for its technical expertise, real life advice and adding real value to any business.
The Role: Our client is seeking qualified Solicitors with ideally 3+yrs PQE working experience of a mixed caseload of Commercial Property work. The successful applicant will be working ontheir own mixed caseload with a slight emphasis on Commercial Development work, whilst undertaking all types of contentious and non-contentious Property work on behalf of Charities, local authorities, property investors, national/multinational companies and regional developers. Strong interaction and communication skills are essential to the success of this role with the right candidate looking to work for a firm who understand the importance of a good work - life balance.
Excellent experience and a salary of up to £45k for the right candidate.
