NQ Commercial Property Solicitor

Commercial Property Solicitor is sought by this very highly regarded Commercial Property team based in Birmingham. The role for a Commercial Property Solicitor has arisen in order to grow the team at a time when instructions from clients are on the increase.

The ideal candidate will be newly qualified with an exceptional academic profile. You will have trained with another leading national commercial law firm or perhaps with a City law firm. As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will undertake a breadth of commercial property work on behalf of a varied client base. This will include development, investment, joint ventures, funds, landlord & tenant and leases. You will also play an important role in supporting the corporate team on property issues related to corporate transactions.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will join a vibrant and successful team and it is important that you are able to work in a collegiate environment. You must also be comfortable in working against targets and will be committed to offering the highest standard of client service.
