A Legal 500 firm in Birmingham is currently seeking an additional Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Property team. Salary up to £18k.
The Client: Our client is a Legal 500 firm and is widely recognised within Birmingham, established since the early 1930's they have transformed over the years and expanded into a very successful, dynamic and highly regarded firm. All staff are aided by the latest technology and have meticulous attention to detail as well as being committed to their clients needs and the firm's expectations.
The Role: Legal Secretaries with preferably Commercial Property experience are currently required to help support a small team of Fee Earners. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of duties on a daily basis such as: Diary management, audio typing of legal documents, taking incoming calls, faxing, filing and all other duties as requested. Previous Property experience is advantageous but not essential as long as the candidate has legal secretary experience. Minimum typing speeds of 65Wpm are essential as IT literacy and excellent communication skills.
This role will best suit friendly candidates who are keen to learn and develop, earn up to £18k + plus a good benefits package.
