A significant growth in a Commercial Property department in Birmingham has now seen a vacancy arise for a skilled Lawyer. Salary up to £45k.
The Client: Our client is a Legal 500 firm and has been established since the early 1970's. They are a niche, fast-growing law firm with an excellent reputation, they have received numerous law awards including 'Law firm of the year'. The Office in Birmingham is a Grade A building and is a wonderful place to work, it is often commented upon by their clients in addition to the firm's diversity of skills and dedication.
The Role: Our client is seeking qualified Solicitors with a Commercial Property background who will take responsibility for their own files and support senior lawyers on more complex development work to join their successful team. The ideal candidate will have good Property experience, and will be keen to learn. Successful candidates will be team players who are committed to providing high standards of service and developing strong client relationships. Experience of public sector and/or development work is preferable, but not essential.
