This national firm is looking to further expand it's local commercial property team and seeks an accomplished associate to take on a role with clear career prospects.
You will join a team offering advice on all aspects of commercial property including development work, secured lending and landlord and tenant matters. The firms has strong links with the health sector and sits on the panels of a number of major banks. There is already a solid client base that you will expand and develop.
You will have varied experience from a quality firm and will be capable of leading a team and mentoring junior colleagues. The local team is currently comprised of 1 associate and 3 assistant solicitors and so there is real scope here for a talented individual to progress to partnership.
