A new and rare instruction for a commercial property lawyer to join our client's growing Birmingham office. The ideal candidate will be at associate level or above and have undertaken a broad range of commercial property matters as you will be expected to pick up an existing case load incorporating: *Landlord and Tenant *Lease work *Portfolio management *Corporate support *Development and Investment Due to the level at which our client are looking to recruit there will be an expectation that candidates will be comfortable with all aspects of business development and will play an active role in the growth of the local property offering.
