National Real Estate Litigation team continues to expand. The team of four Partners and eleven other Legal Advisers, operating out of four of our offices, is looking for a salaried partner or senior associate to head up and further develop its team in Reading. The successful candidate will carry out a full range of commercial real estate litigation work but with a bias towards commercial landlord and tenant issues. You will work alongside the Reading office real estate team to further develop and expand their real estate litigation offering in that location, and will be responsible for managing and developing the Reading office real estate litigation team. Post-qualification experience within a recognised real estate litigation department, and business development experience, are both essential. Previous experience of managing a team would be an advantage. To succeed in this role you will have experience in the core areas of landlord and tenant issues including business lease renewals, break notices, claims relating to landlords consent, dilapidations claims, forfeiture, possession claims, service charge issues, and tenant default and insolvency.
