REAL ESTATE LEGAL EXECUTIVE - BERKSHIRE
Fantastic opportunity in leading full service City law firm with a strong reputation for quality and innovation, working for many of the leading names in the media, technology and real estate sectors.
THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced paralegal or legal executive to join our busy team. The successful candidate will help the team with day-to-day activities which will include
commercial and residential property matters. The role will involve working directly with clients
and partners to stream line procedures for the acquisition, disposal and management of
residential and commercial investments. The successful candidate would also be involved in
property finance and corporate support work and would work as part of a team on more complex
real estate transactions.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· Excellent academic record. LPC qualified
· Previous legal experience gained within a real estate team. We will consider candidates from
a private practice or in-house background.
· Previous plot sales experience is required.
· Ability to document and handle discrete parts of a transaction.
· Attention to detail and thoroughness as important as a motivated and enthusiastic attitude.
· he successful candidate should also be able to demonstrate effective organisational and
team working skills.
