COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - BERKSHIRE Legal 500 Thames Valley firm, located in a beautiful market town now has an opening for a Commercial Property Solicitor At least 8 year PQE in purely commercial property work, acting for developers, investors and lenders acquiring and disposing of property. You will be advising on and assisting in all aspects of buying, selling and leasing commercial property. You will maintain a strong link and working relationship with the in-house town Planning and Licensing Departments. Able to show proven leadership skills involving managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. You will also provide a service tailored to the needs of the individual client.
