Commercial Property Solicitor - Development.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a 2 - 5yrs pqe Commercial Property Solicitor who specialises in residential development to join one of the top 100 commercial law firms in the UK who have arguably the strongest commercial property team in the Thames Valley.

You will be a key member of the residential development team dealing with a broad commercial property portfolio for an impressive client base. You will provide advice for developers working with commercial development, property investment, banking related property matters and the occupier market. A good track record of land acquisition and disposal, development agreements, infrastructure and planning agreements, site set up and joint venture and collaboration agreements is essential.
