WORCESTER: this market-leader requires a F.Inst.L.Ex to work with the Head of Commercial Property on a range of complex and high-value transactions. You'll encounter a caseload that is on a par with that found at the Birmingham offices of the large nationals - except with an adherence to the work / life balance. This feature, combined with a job based in a picturesque city, will make this role attractive to those seeking respite from the anonymous and pressured Birmingham environment, as well as those who have that balance, but without the quality caseload.
You'll be working on commercial leases from the commercial, industrial and retail sectors. This will involve purchasing whole developments as well as individual units as well as dealing with matters such as renewals and dilaps. In an unusual twist, there's also the opportunity to work with residential tenants on behalf of property management companies and portfolio owners, providing more variation to your work.
The role combines the best features of large and small practice and offers a friendly and developmental ethos. Don't miss out.
