An efficient Commercial Property team is currently seeking an additional skilled lawyer to help provide daily support. Salary up to £45k.
The Client: Our client is a leading law firm situated throughout the West Midlands and Worcestershire. Our client specialises in various areas of law and provides a range of services to businesses and individuals alike. All staff are specialist in their area and are dedicated to providing professional and accurate advice to every client.
The Role: A Commercial Property Lawyer with 3+years PQE is currently required to work as an assistant to Senior Partner/Head of Commercial Property Department in a developing team. Candidates should be familiar with drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial/industrial/retail leases, able to work in a team, willing to visit client's premises for site inspections, familiar with leasehold extensions for flats and be able to do Commercial Property sales and purchases of individual units or industrial estates and other Commercial premises.
A varied yet challenging role which will offer good prospects for the right candidate, Salary up to £45k.
