An experienced solicitor is needed to join this Midlands firm Legal 500 rated in a number of areas including commercial property.
You will join a small team of fee earners (another commercial property team is in place in a branch office) and advise an existing client base of private developers and investors.
The successful candidate will be proficient in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial/industrial/retail leases and will also be well experienced in handling sales and purchases of commercial properties.
