Our clients, a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked firm, now need a further commercial  property litigation solicitor with c.5 years'+ current relevant experience of commercial  property dispute resolution. This will include all types of disputes between commercial and residential landowners and landlords and tenants, lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidation claims, withholding of consent to sublet/assign leases, carry out alterations, remedies for landlord and tenant default and specific performance claims, property related insolvency and planning related litigation. The successful applicant will be robust, commercially aware and be looking to partnership in due course. He/she is likely to have trained with or have a minimum of 5 years' recent experience of commercial and residential property litigation with a London or leading regional firm.
