Commerical Litigation Solicitor
Our client is looking to expand their commercial litigation team as they go from strength to strength. They are looking for a junior associate or experienced assistant solicitor for there Milton Keynes Office. The role involves managing a varied commercial litigation caseload, supervision of junior lawyers and strong business development skills in order to assist in growing the practice still further. The successful candidate should have specific experience of commercial litigation, which should include high value litigation acting for large corporate to include contract disputes, professional negligence claims and experience in alternative dispute resolution/arbitration. This opportunity would suit someone with experience gained in a large regional/national practice. This position offers the opportunity to develop business development skills, work in a collegiate environment and experience quality work.
