Your current exposure to commercial litigation will have been at a good quality firm, as a trainee or relatively newly qualified solicitor. You may have been involved in disputes in relation to goods and services, restrictive covenants, confidentiality or employment related civil litigation; or perhaps you will have been dealing with intellectual property disputes. Any of this experience would be of interest.
