Solicitor - Commercial Litigation, Liverpool circa £35k
A Commercial Litigation Solicitor is wanted by a leading regional private practice. The successful Solicitor will manage contentious and non contentious elements of a caseload and will have the opportunity to develop a career as the department continually grows.
A leading regional private practice and the second fastest growing firm in Merseyside last year my client is a sharp, business ready Solicitors with the ambition needed to propel it to the top. A Commercial Solicitor is wanted to manage a predominately contentious caseload with an element of non contentious company commercial matters. The department is busy, dealing with anything from the creation and governance of business right the way through to the inception and major milestones. Managing matters from start to finish you will have the support of great people and cutting edge technology.
Applications are invited from Solicitors with at least 2 years experience managing a commercial litigation caseload, with some company commercial exposure. Your ambition will match that of the department, technical skills will be complimented by business acumen and the ability to spot an opportunity then quickly develop it.
This is a must apply role for any Commercial Solicitor serious about their career, by joining the commercial team you will have a direct route to partnership.
