Civil / Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Merseyside A prime opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join this fast growing law firm. They are looking for someone to handle an existing caseload of litigious and some non-contentious general civil/commercial matters on behalf of individuals and businesses. Candidates will be strong litigators with extensive experience in drafting particulars in claim, general civil applications, CPR and the White Book. You will have a minimum of 2 years pqe in Commercial and Civil Litigation ideally gained within a fast paced environment. Your role will cover a variety of areas including debt recovery, dispute resolution, contractual disputes and general civil matters. Working closely with the partner, you will also gain excellent experience of agricultural law, contentious probate disputes and regulatory matters. An interest in business development would be advantageous. A superb opportunity to develop your career within a growing department.
