Our client is a highly regarded Legal 500 firm who take great pride in the high level of service and care offered to their clients.

OPPORTUNITY:- An exciting opportunity has arisen within this firm for an experienced litigator to deal with property litigation and general commercial litigation.

CASELOAD:- You will be used to undertaking a full and heavy caseload acting for both landlords and tenants to include:- Landlord and Tenant issues, dilapidations, rent reviews, service charges, lease renewals.

Frther legal property matters include right of way disputes, easements, restrictive covenants, boundary issues, leasehold issues and nuisance.

Commercial litigation will also include professional negligence and insolvency matters.
