This top 100 law firm based in South West London. Many of their teams and people are leaders in their fields, winning peer-group accolades in areas as diverse as commercial property, charity law, regulation, crime and childcare law. They have an opportunity for a commercial litigator to join their team, specialising in Regulatory and Public Law and Judicial Review. Their team has an excellent reputation and is very highly rated. They act for a number of high profile regulators including the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Architects Registration Board. In the context of judicial review applications they have acted in a wide range of cases for both defendants and claimants. They have experience of a broad range of public law matters across a number of sectors, including professional regulators, planning and licensing.
You will need to be able to pick up a caseload with minimal supervision. You will be given an excellent client list and will be their main contact. You will also have the opportunity to work on some very large high profile cases.
