COST DRAFTSPERSON - MANCHESTER

This opportunity is within UK`s leading Solicitors Practice specialising in Costs in the Manchester area. A progressive Practice that houses a team of highly skilled Law Costs Draftsmen which provide a nationwide service; Committed to finding individual costs solutions for each client to provide a comprehensive individually tailored solution for each client.
THE ROLE
This exciting opportunity is for a Costs draftsperson of minimum 2 years` experience within costs preferably in Personal Injury or commercial matters. The position would require the candidate to draft bills of costs on both fast track and multi-track PI and commercial matters; to produce replies on points of dispute and to provide support to other team members. The appropriate candidate would be responsible for ensuring that bills are produced with the timelines provided within the clients individual Service Level Agreement (SLA); providing clients with clear and concise advise relating to their individual matters. The appropriate candidate will be able to meet agreed performance targets.
ABOUT YOU
You must have a minimum of two years` experience in Costs in PI or commercial within the claimant system.
You must have excellent academics with a minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C minimum of grade C in Mathematics and English.
You must have excellent communication skills both oral and written.
You must have knowledge of case management and drafting systems.
You must be organised with the ability to work under pressure whilst prioritising work load.
You must have excellent attention to detail and be It literate specifically competent with MS Office.
