Legal Works is delighted to be recruiting for this lead Corporate City practice for an associate in this recognised & respected Litigation / dispute resolution Team.
The firm has a very strong reputation for effective dispute resolution, especially in the banking & financial markets sectors.
They have considerable experience of national, international and cross-border litigation, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution.
As well as handling disputes in banking, pension fund management and financial services, the team also represents clients in disputes covering many other commercial sectors, including fraud, corporate insolvency and asset tracing, M&A, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, insurance, administrative and public law, intellectual property and real property.
The Team has also developed a pre-eminent reputation for handling regulatory investigations and enforcement cases.
Clients include corporations, banks, professionals or institutions. Something in the region of 50% of the work latterly has had an international dimension
Opportunity
