Job Description
As a Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor within this leading team in Cardiff, you will be an integral part of the department that are renowned for handling high-value, complex, cross border disputes and litigation across a wide range of sectors. You will provide support on a wide variety of transactions, and be encouraged to get involved in the marketing activities of the department and firm.
The successful candidate will ideally be from a newly-qualified to 3 years' PQE level, but applicants with a higher level of post qualification experience will be considered. It is preferred that candidates have commercial dispute resolution/litigation experience throughout either their training contract or since qualification. Candidates with limited experience in this area however will be considered, as long as they show a clear desire and willingness to work in this area of law.
