Commercial Litigation Solicitor
A Commercial Litigation Solicitor is sought by this leading commercial law firm to join a market leading Commercial Litigation team based in Cardiff.
The ideal candidate will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor who is newly or recently qualified. You will have a very strong academic profile and will have trained with a leading commercial law firm. You will have gained exposure during your training contract to the full range of commercial litigation matters including; breach of warranty claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, disputes over the sale of goods and professional negligence. You will also have a thorough understanding of the CPR and will be a strong advocate.
You will be joining a commercial litigation team that is successful and is committed to delivering the highest standard of client care. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a wider team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a successful and growing department. The quality of the work is very high and the department are currently experiencing a very high level of instructions.
