Commercial Litigation Solicitor
A Commercial Litigation Solicitor is sought to join one of the leading Commercial Litigation teams in the UK. The role will be based in the Milton Keynes office.
The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have gained a minimum of 12 months post qualification experience. You will have an excellent academic profile and will have trained with another leading law firm. You will have the opportunity to work with a varied client list across a variety of sectors. Your caseload will include general commercial litigation, breach of warranty, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes and professional negligence.
Candidates must have very strong negotiating skills and will be fully conversant with the CPR.
