Our client, a multi-office firm based in West Sussex is now looking for a residential conveyancer to join their team. He/ she will have 2-3 + case handling experience and will be able to deal with all aspects of a typical residential property transaction to an exceptionally high standard. This will include sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. You will be acting on behalf of clients buying or selling residential property including houses, flats, buy-to-let, shared ownership and right-to-buy.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-managed firm with plenty of goodwill centrally located in a busy Sussex coast town. Local person preferred.
