An experienced residential conveyancer, either a CLC or part qualified with previous residential sales and transactional experience including managing your own caseload through a case management system. Candidates are likely to have an excellent understanding of property law including landlord and tenant as well as personal skills enabling excellent client development and management combined with IT technical skills in operating a fully functional case management system. Candidates will be able demonstrate effective time management and an ability to work well under pressure.
Candidates may also be ILEX or FILEX qualified.
Salary dependent upon experience from £25,000.
