This 6 partner firm have an opening for a residential property solicitor to join the team. The existing department has an established client base and are seeing an increase in their residential property work from affluent clients, developers and investors.

The firm are looking for a qualified solicitor 3+yrs PQE who can manage their own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions with minimal supervision. You should also be used to dealing with higher value properties.

In addition to your fee earning abilities you should also be confident in working with referrers such as estate agents.

The department is expanding so prospects and earning potential for the right individual are very good. This is a great chance for the successful candidate to really make a mark at this growing South Wales firm.
